• Buying Brackets – During you first year of sales, new dealer purchase stoves in the best buying bracket (18 & up). Dealers buying brackets are based off of previous years sales numbers, from January 1st to December 31st. Dealers can start purchasing stoves in one buying bracket and move into better buying brackets by purchasing enough stoves. • Protective Territories – Territories are based on population and geographic make-up of your area. Building trusting relationship between dealerships if very important. We expect all dealers to respect boundaries which are given to them.
• Internet Sales Policy – We don’t accept dealers that sell our product over the internet out of their territories. We believe in educating consumers on proper installation and after sales service this is not possible with online sales. Dealers are responsible for installing and servicing every unit they sell.
• Credit Limits – Approved dealer can use accounts to purchase necessary plumbing and heating parts on terms. Credit limits are not accepted for payment on stove orders.
• Payments for Stoves – Stoves are prepaid in advance to shipment leaving the factory of Greentech MFG. We accept following forms of payment: Check, money order, wire transfer, or Visa, MasterCard, Discover. A 3% surcharge will be added if paying by a US credit card, 3.5% Canadian credit card.
• Furnace Delivery – Delivery of furnaces are by flatbed trailer. It’s dealer responsibility to have proper unloading equipment. Greentech Mfg. is not responsible for any damages done to the furnaces during unloading. Inspection to furnaces must be noted on BOL before deliver of furnaces.
• Co-Op Advertising – Each dealership can earn Co-Op credits up to $750 to help pay for local fairs or newspapers advertising Crown Royal Stoves in your local area.
