TRIPLE PASS WATER FILLED HEAT EXCHANGER

The triple pass water filled heat exchanger was developed to allow for better heat transfer and higher efficiency than conventional units. The heat exchanger is strategically placed within the water jacket which increases the heat recovery when compared to the Shaker Grate Series.

The Multi Pass Series features a Heat Exchanger Cleanout Door, accessible from the front of the outdoor furnace, for ease of cleaning fly ash.

SHAKER GRATES & ASH PAN

The Multi Pass series features our Original Cast Iron Shaker Grate & Ash Pan system. Our Shaker Grates aid in the optimization of air flow under the fire, while at the same time allowing the owner to quickly shake out excess ash without the use of special tools. The ash is collected in the provided extra large, removable, ash pan, making cleaning and disposal extremely easy. Just like the Firebox Door, the Ash Pan Door features our double safety latch handle.

ADJUSTABLE PRIMARY AIR BLOWER

The introduction of combustion air under the Shaker Grates assists in increasing the fire temperatures, making the burn more efficient and cleaner compared to other conventional units on the market. The Adjustable Primary Air Blower ensures there is always the proper amount of air flow inside the firebox at all times, no matter the type of fuel being burned. The combustion air is controlled by a variable speed knob, conveniently located on the Control Panel.

We designed the Multi Pass Series of outdoor furnaces to feature an extra large firebox door, placed at the optimal height for care free loading. Safety is at the core of everything we develop which is why all of our firebox doors have multiple layers of insulation and are equipped with our roller latch door system.

The Triple Pass system allows the Multi Pass stoves to have better heat transfer with higher efficiency and lower fuel consumption rates. It also facilitates secondary combustion while enabling faster heat recovery.

Convenience

Depending on the outdoor temperature and size of the unit, our outdoor furnaces only need to be loaded once or twice a day. Since our units are installed outdoors it eliminates dirt, bark, ash, smoke, soot, or insects from inside your home that may have otherwise been there if an indoor unit were installed. It now stays outside where it belongs. With proper installation requirements you may also melt away snow from driveways and sidewalks.

Turbo Draft System

Assisting in ensuring each burn cycle is cleaner and more efficient, the Turbo Draft System introduces fresh air above the flame, forcing secondary gases downward to be burned before making their way into the triple pass heat exchanger. When secondary gases are ignited temperatures of the fire drastically increase making the burn more efficient, simultaneously increasing heat recovery, all while lowering the possibility of creosote buildup from gases that escape up the chimney.
