Biomass Series Efficient, Reliable Heat for Commercial Spaces

Biomass Commercial Outdoor Furnaces Automated Heat for Larger Applications

The Biomass Series is designed for large residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial heating applications that demand dependable, automated heat. With automated fuel handling and the flexibility to burn multiple fuel types, Biomass Series furnaces help reduce hands-on loading while providing consistent heat for large spaces and demanding applications.

Metering Hopper & Auger

Built in sensors ensure fuel presence for an adjustable speed auger feed system to efficiently shuttle fuel.

Automated Operations

The large-capacity hopper supports extended burn times, providing days or even weeks of continuous heat with less frequent refilling.

Triple Heat Exchangers

Equipped with three separate heat exchanger technologies, providing fast heat recovery and reducing fuel usage.

Low Maintenance

The system’s accessible cleanout doors, large removable ash pans, and strategic design make routine maintenance straightforward, allowing your unit to run efficiently with minimal upkeep.

Water Level Indicator

An easy-to-read water level indicator makes it simple to monitor the furnace and know when additional water is needed.

Digital Control Panel

Easy-to-read digital controls help maintain consistent heat while making it simple to monitor and adjust furnace operation. The illuminated display is easy to read day or night. They are also economical and easy to replace.

Why Choose A Biomass Stove?

Built for Larger Heating Loads

Designed to handle the demands of large commercial, agricultural, industrial, and multi-building applications where a standard residential furnace may not be enough.

Multiple Fuel Options

Burn wood chips, pellets, and other compatible biomass fuels, giving you flexibility to use the fuel that best fits your operation.

Less Hands-On Operation

Automated fuel delivery and temperature control reduce the need for frequent loading and monitoring, making it easier to maintain consistent heat.
Distribute heat to multiple buildings across a property with one centralized heating system, helping simplify heating for connected spaces.

Cost Efficiency

Save on heating costs with a high-efficiency, multi-fuel system designed for low fuel consumption and extended burn times, reducing the need for frequent refueling, keeping operating costs low.

Built for Demanding Applications

Manufactured in the USA with 409 Titanium Enhanced Stainless Steel and backed by a 20-Year Limited Warranty, the Biomass is built for dependable, long-term performance in demanding heating applications.

Biomass Series Stoves

How it Works

Diagram of stove
1

Ambient air enters

Fresh air is drawn into the furnace to provide the oxygen to the firebox needed for combustion.
2

Air is distributed

Pushing through the "OMNI-O", positive and negative air pressure forces air all around the fire cradled within the firebox helping to maintain consistent airflow for efficient combustion.
3

Triple-pass heat exchanger

Super-heated air then enters a twisting, water surrounded chute, transferring heat to the surrounding water.
4

Turbulanted head exchanger

That same hot air travel through two sets of water-surrounded heat exchanger tubes, moving down one set and back up the second to maximize heat transfer.
5

Air exits

After transferring much of the usable heat to the water, the cooler exhaust air exit the furnace through the Class-A insulated chimney.
