Our Multi Pass stoves feature our triple pass system and other industry-leading features to make heating your home more economical and less labor-intensive.
Our Multi Pass stove line incorporates new technologies (like our triple pass water-filled heat exchanger and stainless steel heat exchanger tubes) with traditional outdoor furnace features (like shaker grates and ash pan). Several different sizes allow for a broad range of applications and abilities ranging from small domestic situations to large multi-building facilities as well as commercial use. The extra-large, insulated firebox door makes filling the stove safe and comfortable. The operation and maintenance of the stove are made simpler by the shaker grates, removable ash pan, adjustable primary air blower, and water level indicator. Our turbo draft system forces secondary gases downward to be burned before leaving the stove via the triple pass water-filled heat exchanger. Some traditional elements, many new features, one amazingly efficient stove (40% more efficient than traditional outdoor stoves in fact.)
When it comes to heat transfer, more thermal conductive area is better than less. The longer the hot air has the opportunity to pass on its thermal properties with the water, the better transfer of thermal energy to your home or business. After initial combustion, the air is routed out of the firebox and into an upper chamber where it takes 2 more trips down a water-enclosed passageway, allowing it to impart more of its thermal properties to the surrounding water. This journey allows the Multi Pass to capture much of the heat that would normally be lost through the release of escaping gases from a traditional stove.
