Pristine Series The Next Generation of Outdoor Stoves

Pristine Series 7200 E

PRISTINE GASSIFICATION SERIES Outdoor Wood Furnaces

The Pristine Series is an EPA-certified outdoor wood furnace featuring advanced negative pressure gasification technology for cleaner, more efficient wood burning. Designed to extract more heat from every load of seasoned firewood, the Pristine Series delivers up to 99% combustion efficiency while helping reduce wood consumption, emissions, and ash. Built with durable 409 Titanium Enhanced Stainless Steel, it's designed to provide reliable heat for homes, shops, barns, garages, and multiple buildings.

Roller Latch Door System

The Roller Latch Door System provides smooth, effortless operation with positive-pressure latching, a flush-mounted design, and a comfortable handle. Adjustable clevis bearing hinges allow for easy door adjustment, while silicone-infused fiberglass door rope helps prevent moisture and provides lasting durability. Five inches of high-temperature ceramic insulation and a three-inch air space help retain heat while keeping the door cool to the touch.

Heat Exchanger Cleaners

Made of 409 Stainless Steel twisted-tape turbulators help maximize heat transfer by slowing the flow of hot air through the heat exchanger tubes, allowing more heat to transfer to the surrounding water. The front-access design makes it easy to remove fly ash buildup with a simple push-and-pull motion, helping maintain efficient operation.

Combustion Air Panel

Constructed from durable 409 Stainless Steel, the Combustion Air Panels improve air distribution while helping protect the firebox and furnace structure from wear. Designed to expand and contract independently, the replaceable panels help protect the Gasification Manifold and Water Jacket while extending the life of the furnace.

Gasification Manifold

The uniquely designed, high-temperature poured refractory Gasification Manifold injects preheated air directly into the combustion zone, helping ignite combustible gases for a cleaner, more efficient burn. This process helps create the high-temperature flame needed for peak secondary combustion, with temperatures reaching up to 2,300°F.

409 Titanium Stainless Steel

Built with 409 Titanium Enhanced Stainless Steel for excellent corrosion resistance, heat transfer, and strength in the high-temperature gasification environment.

Water Level Indicator

An easy-to-read water level indicator helps you quickly monitor the furnace and know when additional water is needed.

Digital Control Panel

Easy-to-read digital controls help maintain consistent heat while making it simple to monitor and adjust furnace operation. The illuminated display is easy to read day or night. They are also economical and easy to replace.

Stainless Steel Chimney

A durable stainless steel inner and outer shell provides long-lasting performance. The insulated, double-wall design allows for easy expansion with interlocking chimney lengths.

Firebrick Refractory

A durable stainless steel inner and outer shell provides long-lasting performance. The insulated, double-wall design allows for easy expansion with interlocking chimney lengths.

Easy Access for Maintenance

Multiple clean-out doors provide convenient access for routine cleaning and maintenance. An insulated rear heat transfer door provides easy access to the heat transfer tubes. Easy to remove rear access door to plumbing connections.

Firebox Safety Latch System

The unique Firebox Safety Latch System helps prevent the firebox loading door from swinging open too quickly for added convenience and safety during loading.

How Negative Pressure Gasification Works

To achieve 99% combustion efficiency, the Pristine Gasification Series outdoor wood furnaces use a Negative Pressure Gasification System that “pulls” air from the bottom rather than pushing it from the top. With the furnace completely sealed, air is drawn downward, forcing gases from the firebox through the ash bed and into the Secondary Combustion Chamber. This design creates virtually smokeless operation, lowers chimney exhaust temperatures, and allows for more forgiving wood placement.

Why Choose A Pristine Stove?

Burn Less Wood

Advanced gasification technology is designed to extract more usable heat from every load of seasoned firewood, helping reduce wood consumption and heating costs.

Cleaner, More Efficient Combustion

Negative pressure gasification and secondary combustion technology help burn combustible gases more completely for cleaner operation, higher efficiency, and lower emissions.

Built for Long-Term Performance

Durable 409 Titanium Enhanced Stainless Steel construction, insulated design, and a 20-Year Limited Warranty provide confidence in your long-term investment.

Keep the Mess Outside

An outdoor furnace keeps firewood, ash, and combustion outside while providing comfortable heat throughout your home or other buildings.

A Renewable Heating Solution

Wood is a renewable energy source that can provide an alternative to conventional heating fuels while helping reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

Convenient, Reliable Heating

Automatic refiring, digital controls, extended burn times, and easy-access maintenance features simplify operation and help deliver consistent heat.

Firebox Door

Extra large, insulated door for easy fuel loading. Equipped with the roller bearing door latch.
2

Secondary Combustion Chamber Doors

Wide insulated door providing access to the secondary combustion chamber for cleaning.
3

Primary Burn Chamber & Air Panels

Large sealed firebox chamber allowing wood to burn only when air is introduced with specially designed panels to distribute preheated air, evenly within the firebox.
4

Gasification Manifold

A uniquely designed, high temperature poured refractory unit, that injects preheated air directly at the combustion zone.
5

Secondary Combustion Chamber

Exhaust gases from the firebox are injected with air to achieve temperatures up to 2,100°F and 99% fuel combustion.
6

Heat Exchanger Tubes & Heat Exchanger Cleaners

Strategically placed in the water reservoir to transfer heat to the water, assisting in achieving high efficiency and low emissions. Each tube is equipped with a turbulator which removes any build up of fly ash.
7

Insulated Heat Exchanger Doors

Large insulated door for easy cleaning of heat transfer tubes.
8

Stainless Steel Flue

Compared to conventional flue exhausts which have temperatures between 800°F – 1000°F, the Pristine Series have a flue exhaust as low as 300°F.
9

Rear Access Swing Door

Fully removable swinging rear door for easy access and inspection.
