Electrical parts have a manufacturer warranty for a period of one (1) year. This warranty covers the actual part only. It does not include the shipping or labor to replace the part. Payment is required to get your replacement part. After inspection of warranty part, if credit is given by manufacturer, we will credit your original form of payment.
To Receive a Refund On Your Order
After receiving and replacing your warranty part you will box up your shipment and send to:

- Completed form must be included with your return. Otherwise credit will not be given.
- You must return warranty part to Greentech Manufacturing Inc. within 30 days of receiving replacement part or of claim date. Once we receive the part back and determine it is covered under warranty, we credit your original payment method back. This can take up to 30 days to get back to your payment method.
If you are returning a part under warranty for a Crown Royal Stove, please include a copy of your original invoice showing the model and serial number. For all other returns, please include a copy of the original invoice with the returned part.
